Italian Mod Rally, Ravenna Italy, September 29-30 2006
On the last weekend of September in Ravenna, Italy, a modernist rally was organised by a selection of Italian mods who state that they wish the Italian scene to be less politically orientated, and thus less divided. London-based DJs who were invited over to play were Smart Phil, Claudio, Macke, and Warren Boogaloo. Nearly 200 people turned up from all parts of Italy on the Saturday night to party to a huge range of 60s sounds spun by a variety of scene DJs.
